February 22nd, 2008 | by Frenday |How much do you know about computer operating system? im sure most of us will answer just good enaugh to use a pc, but im sure most people know what Microsoft Windows is….sure like the old school stuff win 95, 98 , 98se, NT, Me, 2000.
Now most people have already get used with XP and the latest Vista, plus this stuff is enhance by its service pack (SP)…well thats is the problem with Vista’s SP1 as informed by Microsoft.

Basic step for troubleshooting
- Restart the computer at least one time after you notice that the program is not working correctly.
