Here’s how to remove it
Run a Quick Scan and Delete All Infections Found
Malwarebytes Anti Malware http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant... FREE EDITION

Try clearing your Hosts file so that you can connect to the internet:
Open your Hosts File, located here: C:Windowssystem32driversetc
Double click hosts File and select Notepad to open it.
Scroll down to the line BELOW
127.0.0.1 localhost
Left click and highlight the next line, scroll to the bottom of the page hold the Shift key down and click at the end of the last entry, right click and Delete.
Click File and select Save As and save it in C: Windowssystem32driversetc, do NOT change the filename.
You will need to reboot for this to take effect but it will block attempts made to stop antimalware programs from downloading and running.
Once antimalware has run in Safe Mode, reboot and if you have Spybot S&D or SpywareGuard you will need to immunize again which will rebuild your Hosts file.
Then use the following free programs, download, install, update and reboot into Safe Mode to remove:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:http://www.superantispyware.com/superant…
Select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan and remove infections, then click on Preferences, click Repairs Tab and click on any of the System and Browser Repair Items that you may have problems with then click Perform Repair.
Use BOTH for maximum effect as they work slightly differently.

the first thing you will have to know is what virus is it. they all have a name. usually running your anti virus program will tell you what you have but won’t always remove it. if you can find out the name of it go to google search and type in the name of the virus and removal. example: “virus” removal. this should tell you what you need to do to remove it.
