I sent a money order to pay off my credit card over a week 1/2 ago and they still havent received it yet. If it got lost what do i do? I still have my money order recepit. Thanks

Instructions are on the MO (or at the location of purchase) on how to trace/repay the amount.

You can call the number that’s on the back of your reciept. they will explain to you what to do next- usually a stop payment and a reissue.
If there is no number on the reciept go to the location where you purchased it and ask what to do in this case

You call the number that’s on your receipt and you tell them what happened. They will be able to tell you if it was cashed or not. Make sure you have the serial number on your receipt.

On the back of the reciept there is a phone number you will need to call and they will instruct you as to what you need to do. Also call your credit card company and let them know the issue is being resolved and that you will be getting that payment to them soon.
