Didn’t you ask this before? You cannot make a video from just a couple of pictures. If you have a bunch of them (the more, the better) and they are in sequence (in order) than it can be done by turning them into animated gif format. It’s not that hard, if you have a lot of pictures, that are in order. A free program called Microsoft GIF Animator will do it.
