Malwarebyte will remove it
If you are having problems downloading the programme watch this vidoe on how to remove 360 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Qq_ZL7XQ…
Anti-Virus is not a programme its Malware so it won’t show up on add/remove programmes

Hopefully, you haven’t clicked on any of the further malware links within the bogus pop-ups that appear, but in any event:
You can find some information on this definite Malware at BleepingComputer link below. Within the Link, the removal instructions include downloading MalwareBytes
Disclaimer: I trust BleepingComputer content, but have not tested this particular fix and some fixes may be beyond your comfort level….please pay attention to the cautions within their content. I’ve used their fixes for similar malware. The bad guys just keep changing the name…
That said: Their solution also employs MalwareBytes (link to downloas site below). You may find that getting that installed and running it clears up the problem.
Consider too running scans from whatever existing protection programs/suites you have, and if you don’t have them….then go get something ASAP such as
AVG
AVAST
Spybot Search & Destroy
Make sure you have a decent firewall too. AVG, AVAST AND Spybot Search & Destroy are likely available from C-Net (downloads.com) as well as from each company’s website. Be careful to be sure that you get the right Spybot Search & Destroy from Safer-Networking (or download.com) as many malware villains, use similar sounding names to get you to download more evil.
Goodluck and Report back here when Joy is achieved.
