The Best Online Trading Companies That Deal With Penny Stocks?

July 16th, 2009 | by Frenday |

I need to know the best online trading companies that deal with penny stocks. I don’t want to be told to “stay away” or “they are not worth the time” I know what I am doing (I’ve been studying the stock market since I was 8 and I know the risks!) I am willing to risk a few hundred. I will also be investing in larger companies, I am only doing penny stocks for the fun of it and to be able to tell people it is possible to make money off of them.

If you are putting your money in penny stock for fun, it is your money and your fun. Why you want people to know your experiment. Let every body decide choice of their own in stock market.

If the companies you wish to buy shares in are listed on the stock exchange, then any stock broker will be able to place your buy order for shares in them. In Australia the minimum amount you must spend is $500.00. You may find that similar restrictions apply on other stock exchanges as well. The reason for this is that the cost of keeping track of shareholders and sending them official information is quite high, so companies do not want too many shareholders on their registers who hold only a few shares.
Sometimes, the quantities of shares bought and then later the quantities sold by a sharerholder may cause the shareholder to hold only a few shares in the company. When this happens the company may ask the shareholder to either buy more shares to get to the minimum holding required. If the shareholder fails to do so, the company has the right to sell those shares on behalf of the shareholder at market price and refund the money to the shareholder.
