What Is The Best Software Program To Learn Piano?

August 12th, 2009 | by Frenday |

I’m looking for a software program to teach me to play the piano. But there are so many different programs out there that I don’t know which one to get.

You should look into using Soft Mozart.
It is software for the piano/keyboard that connects to your computer via a midi cable. The software is world reknowned and originated in Germany. Fun games are used to familiarize students with note placement, repetition, etc. They use classical pieces when you have advanced to the intermediate level. I use this software myself.
They also have demos you can download so you can “try before you buy”. There are introductions to their methodology on Youtube and you can also hear students play who have used the software.

Software is not necessarily the best way. Try youtube or http://www.pianobible.com to learn piano. And books are also great, there is a list on that site.
