Open Task Manager and kill the active process. Then download the following programs which have high success rates in removing such malware:
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant…
Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
Spyware Doctor Free Basic Edition – Realtime monitoring:http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_inst…
Its free with Google pack, untick all boxes except Spyware Doctor. Download install, update and run.
    SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:http://www.download.com/SUPERAntiSpyware…
Download, install, check for updates, then select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan
    SmitFraud Removal:
Firstly, download the removal tool from here:http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.p…

InternetAntivirus, also known as Internet Antivirus, is a rogue antispyware program. InternetAntivirus was created to harm our computer systems but not fix them as they claim… InternetAntivirusis a clone of rogue antispyware like AntiSpywareExpert, AntivirusMaster, DoctorAntivirus2008, Antispyware2008, Antivirus2008. InternetAntivirus usually can come into the user’s computer system after fake video codec instalation that migth have a Trojan horse inside, malware or virus. InternetAntivirus usually generates fake system warning popup error messages fake scan reports to scare and trick user into purchasing a “full” varsion of InternetAntivirus program. It is important to delete all components of InternetAntivirus software and all the malware or trojans that it might have come bundled with (such as Trojan Zlob, Vundo). To remove InternetAntivirus completly and safe http://WWW.pcthreat.com created a manual removal instructions. Remove InternetAntivirus as soon as possible!http://www.pcthreat.com/parasitebyid-701…

I highly suggest u download anti-spyware/malware, update the programs, go into safe mode by restarting your computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears repeatedly then go into JUST safe mode. your resolution and graphics may look bad but that i normal. start scanning and follow the program instructions after the scan.
I had a similar problem and used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and worked wonders.

    Try this -
Install Malwarebytes antimalware from here http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Ant… and install it. Then update and do a quick scan. After it finishes check all stuff detected and say remove or quarantine all. You should be free of this problem. If not then download SUPER antispyware or Spybot search and destroy and install, update and scan.
    Best of luck.

If the program is on your computer, uninstall it, then delete it. If the program is on your browser, you will have to reinstall the browser. If you want to remove viruses from your PC, unfortunately, you will have to register.
