How Much Money Gov’t Saves By Excluding High Income Earners From Stimulus Package?

As the stimulus package excludes 75K/150K- single/married high earners, what percentage of Americans are not getting the tax break? ANd more importantly how much money govt saves, compared to $160 bln that it is doling out?

    Afraid you will have to post this question on the Yahoo Congress Answers board…….only those folks have those numbers right now. Haven’t seen them published anywhere.
