NOD32 – It’s the best anti-virus on the market along with Kaspersky but uses the LEAST system resources. ESET NOD32 is what I personally use.
SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes are the two best free anti-spyware applications.
It’s not abnormal for Firefox 3 to use that much RAM if you have a lot of tabs open and use it heavily.

hi there
i don’t know what our friend said but i see lots of friend PC that have ESET NOD32 when they turn their PC on it took 2 min to load their win
now why u check this ?
find an antiviruse that protect u that’s what u need
go for Symantec norton antiviruse and update it every week or month
everyday update u will be able to see the change it have
i don’t say that’s not use ur resources but i am sure that best in anti viruse it have anti spy on it own another thing it block ur IP and PORT so hacker cannot attack u even if u give them ur IP that’s perfect on it
