October 24th, 2009 | by Frenday |My step dad installed keyboard tracking software on my mothers computer and now has all her personal passwords etc. And he’s spying on everything she does on the cpu. He hacked into her personal bank account and he has done this before and it needs to stop. Please, im desperately needing help from anyone who knows how to find and get rid of this software.

Agree with Levi, but some programs don’t show in add / remove applet.
Use RevoUninstaller:http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_unin…
It’s faster and better than add / remove applet.
When you run it highlight the item then select uninstall in next window select Advanced and click Next, follow prompts when uninstalled it will scan registry and drive for leftover files / folders, tick ONLY the bold items and follow prompts to remove.
Also install SnoopFree Privacy Shield which is not another scanner product. It’s a powerful shield that guards your keyboard, screen and open windows from all spy software. The way it works makes it virtually impossible for any spy program to work on your computer:http://www.snoopfree.com/default.htm
Consider adding KeyScrambler which encrypts everything that you type in including credit card numbers etc.http://www.download.com/KeyScrambler-Per…
Works on most browsers, email clients and IM programs, and it’s free, anything a keylogger could pick up would be scrambled text.

You forgot to name what the software is for a detailed explanation, in case it is Inside Keylogger, visit the website to find it out, http://www.inside-logger.com/key_logger/…
Otherwise, try to remove it from the Control Panel or deleting the software directly inside the Program Files and run an utility such as Glary Utilities to get rid of registry entries.
