My boyfriend has been super depressed lately because of the lack of money. He wants to join the national guard (Yes – he has resorted to that) So he can continue to go to school. What are some good bible versus to reassure him it’s okay not to have any money?

How about… finish school then you will make money….. nobody in school has money….unless your from a rich family or blue blooded…. so that means the majority are poor….. its the norm for students. As for bible verses… why? What the hell is a bible verse written by some old dead guy, translated by an even deader guy and made up by the oldest dead guy going to do for your boyfriend and his depression about not having money? Tell him to go visit a children’s cancer ward… see how bad some others really have it…. and he wont be whining about not having any money from now on…. that will fix him up a lot faster than any bible verse.
