How To Get Refund For Antivirus? Is That Possible?

I paid around $27 to Avira Antivir Premium. But later realized that it has a free antivirus too and some few more free antivirus. I emailed avira that i would like to cancel the 1 year subscription and get refund.
However, I never got any reply back. What to do?

    You bought it so it’s good for a year.My advice keep it. The free version doesn’t have the features that the Premium does. $27 is not a bad price for a full security suite for one year.
    But if you still want to try and get your money back,you’ll need to start with their customer service which looks like they don’t provide a phone number and being based out of Germany the phone bill will be astronomical. Although Avira is legit,it would appear that they have you by the short hairs on this one.
    Keep it for the year and then don’t renew.Virus Bulletin put Avira at the top of the list for threat detection. You have ggod virus detection/protection all for $27.

    They probably won’t refund you because its not like you can give the download back.

    The paid is better than the free, If i were you, i would go ahead and use it.
