		<description>Really, I don&#039;t think there is a specific one about software, but note that if you&#039;re under eighteen you cannot make or enter contracts with other individuals. Thus, basically you can&#039;t sell ANYTHING, but this contrct clause doesn&#039;t really get enforced or I&#039;m brazenly misunderstanding it. I mean, you can&#039;t make a contract, but you can still form a contract to sell your bike, and call the police if payment isn&#039;t rendered in accordance with the prior agreement. Ugh... basically, sell as you wish, but you&#039;ll need to use a parent or other person over eighteen if you want your EULA to have any legal force behind it. In fact, put the firm in your dad or mum&#039;s name. 
Also, while opyrights are automatic since &#039;76, you should still assertively pick a copyright mark and attach it to your product/documentation in some way.</description>
