go into start and find the anti virus you downloaded, and in that folder I think there should be an uninstallation there

Go to google and type in the name of the antivirus and write unistall and a website will come up which will help you unistall it. Norton and could be unistalled like this because some antivirus require you to first downlaod a tool which helps you unistall the program and then you run the tool and it will unistall it.

personal antivirus is not on the “add/remove programs” list because it’s not real antivirus, it;s a scam. you can delete it manually; here’s removal guide: http://www.spywarevoid.com/personal-anti…

it wont be there there hidden in your computer programing. you need a good anti virus software removal software, require purchase at your local store or online, good to have it to prevent it from happening again in the future.
