What Software Does A Good Job Of Converting Images Into Line Art?

I’m looking for software that can do the same thing as tracing an image.

    wow..
    just try moyea video converter which can convert among almost audio/video formats, even convert images and animated GIFs to vdieo, so you can try it.

    No software can convert images into line art for you. There are softwares that can *help* you convert images into line art, but there aren’t any that are free that will *do* it for you. You’ll have to learn to do it yourself. There are plenty of good line art tutorials on deviantART.com. GIMP is a free program that lets you do line art one. You could also physically line art your picture by buying inking pens and tracing over the lines, then erasing the pencil lines after the ink dries. Again, there are plenty of tutorials on deviantART.
    I remember there was a site that traced an image to make a vector for you, which is another form of line art, but you have to pay to use it. :/ Wait, found it. http://vectormagic.com/home
    There’s also a program over $100 that will automatically trace it for you, too. It’s called Scan2CAD.
