There are softwares that can *help* you convert images into line art, but there aren't any that are free that will *do* it for you. You'll have to learn to do it yourself. There are plenty of good line art tutorials on deviantART.com. GIMP is a free program that lets you do line art one. You could also physically line art your picture by buying inking pens and tracing over the lines, then erasing the pencil lines after the ink dries.
