How To Renew Norton Antivirus Online?
November 8th, 2009 | by Frenday |I bought a new hp laptop, I want to renew norton antivirus product via internet but when I type my credit card number in the space, it comes wrong, I tried many times, to write the full number or the last number or the first number but it comes wrong, Where is the problem? how to type it correctly? is my credit card not active online?

If you click on renew and then try typing your credit card then it will go via Symantec renewal center.
So some times if you use mastro cards the digit will not adequate so that you may have the problem.
If you want you can go to the link http://shop.symantecstore.com/store/symn… and you can start renewing the product and then it will work.
