How To Retrieve Money After Winning A Case?
November 21st, 2009 | by Frenday |My cousin just won a lawsuit against a dishonest real estate developer but does not know how to collect the money from the guy. The guy is not honest but he has a lot of properties and he has money. Are there any businesses that specialize in collecting money from such people or are there businesses that buy such judgements and pay the victim immediate cash?

it’s a legal process that takes certain steps and quite sometime…he can’t run up to them and say “hey i won, give me my money” it’s a process

You can put liens against his properties that will freeze his business.
Get a Lawyer, there’s no other way.

i do, assign the judgment to me. i get 50% of what i can collect. i get half because so far your cousin has collected zero percent.
