Do a search in the registry for the phrase Manufactured and Supported by XXXXXXXX , Solution for your IT and the program name. It might take awhile, but find all of the entries and delete them. But, you must be comfortable with editing your registry. You should make a back up of it, just in case. I would search the registry for this.
