Hi, have you tried Google? Whenever I encountered such problem, I always turned to google and it never failed me.
About your problem I googled for you and found some useful information. It seems that the mentioned software is better than others.
Please check it out, maybe that’s just the one you’re looking for.
Best regards.

The free version of dbPowerAmp is nice. Granted, you get more features and options with the paid Power Pack. It adds a conversion option to your context menu so that you can right-click and convert files. you can do it from the software interface, as well. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/
I also like CDex for CDs:http://cdexos.sourceforge.net/
Here’s a site that lists some others:http://www.mp3-converter.com/mp3_convert…
You should be looking for trusted web sites. For example, if you find something interesting, you can see if it’s available at CNET download.com:http://download.cnet.com/windows/rippers…
Another consideration may be open source solutions. Open source means that the source code is available. Developers world wide can examine the source code, and they can determine if the software is safe, performs effectively, and so on. Writers of malicious code typically will not make their source open. Many, if not most, open source projects are governed by the Gnu General Public License:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPL
You should also consider the types of files that you want to convert to mp3. Some proprietary codecs may not be available in free encoders. So, know the file types that you want to convert to mp3, and specifically check to see if those file types are supported in the software that you considering.
I hope this helps.
Good luck.

You might find something here:http://www.freewarefiles.com/category_6_…
Presently I use Shuang’s WAV to MP3 converter and also Format Factory (both free) but I don’t know that they are the best.
Good luck.
