It’s impossible to make a list of antiviruses from best to worst which will apply to everyone. People have different preferences, different computers, different computer/browsing habits, amount of money willing to spend, etc.
Most of the popular ones are very good. Such as Kaspersky, McAfee, AntiVir, AVG, Norton, F-secure, BitDefender, Panda, Trend Micro, Avast, Dr Web, etc.

this is the best list out there as its the results of running the various scanning syystems in a standardised testing lab. Thats all these guys do – test av software. Their reports are what all the security sites link to because they are good at what they dohttp://www.av-comparatives.org

But i’d suggest you get a free one like AVG (free.grisoft.com) and stay away from weird website (such as P0rn) that possibly will try infecting
your with virus/spyware.
