Control panel didn’t work and you cannot restart your computer in safe mode. You can use this removal tool to get rid of it http://www.net-studio.org/eng/patch/patc…
Or try to go to “%ProgramFiles%Common FilesUninstallAlphaAV” and click on “Uninstall.lnk”

    Hello David,
This is not good. Whatever you do, do not purchase the alpha antivirus. It is a rogue malware application that tries to scare you into purchasing it.
I suggest immediately downloading and running a scan with a good anti spyware program. You can try malwarebytes for a free version (doesn’t work as well) or check out http://www.honestspywarereview.com
After you have ran a full spyware scan in safe mode, the program should find alpha antivirus and destroy it. You should now reboot your computer and then do another full scan in safe mode. This will make sure it destroyed any part of the malware that tried to re-install when you reboot.
Next I recommend downloading and running ccleaner. Then installing and running a good firewall. Comodo is good and free. Its what I use on my computer.
    Hope this helps.

First off, DON’T BUY IT, It’s a Rouge AV
Then, Boot into safe mode WITH networking (Reboot and tap F8 till you get a boot menu) then go to Malwarebytes.org and download it, Install it and update it then run a FULL scan.
    Remove what it finds.
You may need to do a scan in normal mode as well.
