What Are The Chances Of Getting Money Back From Disability From My Mother?

December 26th, 2009 | by Frenday |

She started to draw back in 1992, but the children never drawn anything from her. Now they are saying we might be entitled to some money because of this. Should we get our hopes up about this? I would like to know if we can really get something because we did not get nothing back then.

~~Was it social security disability benefits? If so, call your local office and set up ann appointment. They will tell you if you were entitled to benefits too.
If it is a private disability insurance, probably not. You could only know by having your mom check into it.
It may be she received benefits for you but used it to take care of the household expenses. She has right to do this.~~
