charges are very nominal – it dioffers between agency to agency
they manage with the differentials between Purchase value and sell value. They buy for lower rate and sell on higher rate – they also face fluctuation in the rates in the market.

you can check out this site. other than the spread and renewal fees there are no hidden charges. they even let go of the renewal fee for islamic accounts.
