How To Remove Computer Viruses Without Internet Or Antivirus Program?

My norton anti-virus subscription ran out a couple months ago and now I can’t even access the internet because of the viruses. I think I got them from watching tv shows online. Please someone help, I really need to use my laptop!

    Running System Restore
    If your computer seems to be unstable, you’ve done a thorough anti-virus and anti-spyware scan, and you’ve been unable to remove any suspected software packages through Control Panel, give System Restore a try. To roll back your computer settings to a previously saved restore point:
    Click the Start button, then select Programs / Accessories / System Tools
    Click System Restore.
    Choose “Restore my computer to an earlier time” then click Next.

    first of all, how do you know it is a virus? a virus cant block the internet, if you cant acces it, disconnect from the internet, restart your laptop, press F8 for secure mode while booting, then connect to the internet and as fast as you can, download avast! 4.8 home edition.

    Get PC Tools Spyware Doctor. It handles Trojans, Malware, Adware, Viruses, and pop ups. It blocks them (and spyware) in real time, but you can also do all different kinds of scans as well.
    Go to http://antivirus-antispyware-removal-sof… and look for downloads there. It’s freeware and that’s the best site for reliable spyware free software.

    Use USB/CD drive to install an antivirus OR use system restore.
    Alternativelly, reinstall your PC.

    Reformat your PC.
    Look into it, it sounds A LOT harder than it really is..
