There is 1 personal and 1 Premier/Business account allowed per person.
So create a new Premier account and transfer funds if required.
You can change your account type also but then you will have to contact them and wait for few days.
Later they may not allow you to switch to Personal account again.
Its simpler to create a new Premier account.
