I have McAfee 7 in one antivirus, and adware from lavasoft and spybot protection on my computer. Is it safe and necessary to have these at the same time? Thanks!

KEEP mcafee if you are satisfied with its work so far.. and adware…
I dont see why its harmfull to keep all three programs as long as you dont scan ur pc with all of them at once i say its safe..
i myself have spybot , superantispyware, avast, Ccleaner, Advance windows care… (all free) i have windows vista and so far my computer hasn’t slowed down or anything..

As long as you have only one anti-virus protection, you are safe. While spybot and adware were good programs there are better ones out there. Try Spyware Doctor at the following link, it is their free basic version and is better than the previously mentioned ones.http://pack.google.com/intl/en/pack_inst…
I run at least 3 different anti-spyware programs because not one product is perfect.

Each one has a separate purpose…and although these are not the best programs to use…they each have a specific function and address different issues.
So Yes…it is necessary…if you are exposed to all the different threats that they combat.

Delete adware you have no need for it.
