okay do as i say.
1. download and install superantispyware and malwarebytes.
2. turn off system restore.
3. go into safe mode.
4. do a full system scan with each.
5. quarantine any threats found and you should be good to go.

First thing that you should do to remove antivirus 2009
1.scan your computer with an Free antispyware scanner.
2.If this doesn’t work scan in Safe Mode.
3. Remove detected files from your system.
Ideally you should run a Spyware removal program in Safe Mode.

In fact, anti-virus 2009 is a rogue anti-virus.
Spyware Cease can remove it. Don’t worry:)

download and scan with Malware Bytes anti malware http://malwarebytes.org/ . that should do the trick.
